Byron Z. Moldo
I’m truly honoured to continue to serve as Global Chair of the GGI Debt Collection Restructuring and Insolvency (DCRI) Practice Group. I also look forward to working with the Global Vice Chair, Claudio Ceradini.
One of our goals for the DCRI Practice Group is to introduce new topics and subject matter to our members.
There are several upcoming meetings that have been announced on the GGI calendar, including the European Regional Conference in Marbella, Spain, the North American Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, and the World Conference in Zurich, Switzerland. I encourage all members of our Practice Group to become actively involved by writing articles for our publications and organising sessions at the upcoming meetings.
I look forward to seeing you at some, if not all, of these events. Increasing the visibility and importance of the DCRI Practice Group is one of the goals for the coming year. On that topic, as many of you are aware, we have previously arranged and conducted many joint Practice Group sessions. It is my hope that we continue to engage with the other Practice Groups as by doing so the sessions are, in my opinion, much more meaningful.
Looking forward to a productive 2025 and the participation of as many DCRI Practice Group members as possible.
Thank you and warm regards
