Jeffrey L. R. Kenens
One of the contributions in this newsletter deals with transformation through agile HR practices. Workforce is indeed one of the key futures that HR must address.
That same workforce is sometimes threatened by transgressive behaviour in the workplace, which is a highly topical issue that is currently prevalent in the employment law practice. There is a social debate about transgressive behaviour: what do we find acceptable and what not?
In doing so, employers are increasingly having investigations conducted into irregularities / misconduct in the workplace. But how do you carefully investigate fraud, bullying and other transgressive behaviour? And in what way can HR properly implement a complaints procedure?
During the upcoming GGI European Regional Conference, our Practice Group will interactively discuss current affairs and the (international) legal framework surrounding transgressive behaviour with practical examples. So, if you are joining the GGI European Regional Conference, then please feel free to participate, to share your views and experiences with us.
In the meantime, I hope that you will enjoy reading this FYI Newsletter. Should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact the authors, whom I would like to thank a lot for their great contributions.
I wish you all a beautiful spring and look forward to seeing you in Amsterdam!
Kind regards
