I am looking forward to seeing everyone in October 2023 at the GGI World Conference in Lisbon, Portugal.It continues to be a challenging time with many sectors of the real industry experiencing seismic shifts. Many well know properly owners are deciding to turn the keys over to the financial institutions. This will have an impact on financial institutions. Many of these ins have severely curtailed lending which will impact businesses. Business Valuations will be impacted by high interest rates and high inflation. We need to stay diligent and focused on these significant changes when consulting with our client’s overall asset allocations.
